Vaquera SS27: DiCaprio and Taubensee sing I Got You Babe; 1920s-30s uniforms, chef, maid, waiter; boaters and jodhpurs; Crocs and Mykita
Vaquera started in New York and shows in Paris. "Do we need another confrontational fashion show?" Patric DiCaprio asked. Bryn Taubensee put it another way: "There's playing a role, and then there's us playing a role as fashion designers."
The Mykita frames stretch two familiar shapes, the aviator and the cat-eye, into elongated, almost melted forms, and launch with the spring collection.
