Celine SS27 by Michael Rider under a thatched roof at the Archives Nationales: black opening looks, satin, chain belts on jackets, printed balloon trousers, Dorian Corey quoted

Michael Rider's Celine show ran on Saturday 3 October, under a thatched roof in the courtyard of the Musée des Archives Nationales in Paris. Women's and men's looks walked together, and the styling was left deliberately undone, the tension, as Rider put it, of a rigorous place. The collection was hard to sum up in one phrase, austere on one side and bohemian on the other.
